Help! I need to find this movie or just this scene.

Can someone please help me find this dvd or scene, I dont want to pay for one scene.
Its brian pumpers' phattys, rhymes, and dimes vol.1, scene 4 I believe. The girls name is raquel. I had the hardest time finding out the name, then the video, then possibly the scene. It would be great if you could link it here. I went to a ton of video stores here in los angeles but no one has it. Its special order 34.99. I really want this cuz we went to school together and she wont show it to me. I think she embarrassed or something. I dig it though, I hit already so its not like thats why she aint showin it.
